Gisela focuses on three core domains of organizational work, Culture, Leadership, and Strategy and supports you to
- Develop the Culture of your organization by strengthening the best of your values, beliefs and norms to support organizational learning, employee engagement, and innovation. This can include designing management approaches and employee development systems, involving employees in change and transition processes, and working with cultural diversity as a resource for innovation.
- Expand the collective capacity of your Leadership to guide your organization. This includes designing and facilitating leadership team meetings and off-sites, supporting leaders through coaching and partnering with individual leaders and leadership teams to assess, design and lead change initiatives.
- Identify and implement your organizational Strategy. This includes revising the vision and purpose of your organization or subgroups within your organization, setting long and short-term goals, and aligning vision and goals throughout the organization.
